SnackYard is a business name of Vennard Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 96 697 501 312), referred to here as "we" or "us". This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through snackyard.com.au, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you register, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, business name, suburb and postcode, details about your space or vehicle, your budget or asking price, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also collect information when you email or call us.
We don't sell your personal information. We use service providers to run SnackYard, including Netlify (website hosting and form submissions) and Microsoft (email). These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We won't publish your contact details on SnackYard without your permission. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
We may email you about SnackYard. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to one of our emails or contacting us.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@vennard.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
