These terms apply to your use of snackyard.com.au. SnackYard is a business name of Vennard Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 96 697 501 312), referred to here as "we" or "us".
SnackYard is a listing platform that connects landlords who have spare space with food trucks, coffee vans and other mobile vendors. During launch, the site collects registrations of interest. Listings are not yet live, and we can't guarantee that a suitable site or vendor will become available.
SnackYard doesn't act as agent for landlords or vendors and doesn't negotiate on anyone's behalf. Landlords set their own prices and decide who uses their space. Any agreement is made directly between the landlord and the vendor, and SnackYard isn't a party to it. We recommend you get your own advice before signing.
SnackYard doesn't collect rent, licence fees or deposits. Payments are made directly between landlords and vendors.
SnackYard is free during launch. Any paid plans will be optional, and we'll give notice before they start. You'll only be charged if you choose a paid plan.
Vennard Commercial is a licensed NSW real estate agency. If you ask it to find or negotiate a site for you, that is a separate service under its own written agreement and fee, and these terms don't apply to it.
Information on SnackYard, including any earnings examples, is general only. It isn't legal, financial or planning advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for agreements between landlords and vendors, or for the condition, suitability or use of any site.
We may update these terms, and the current version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
